Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. As our products are low-cost printed materials (books, guides, and maps), we do not typically offer refunds or returns.

However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll happily send a replacement. Just get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your item, including a photo and description of the issue, and we’ll sort it out quickly.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

  • All sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective.
